Jo Anna "Ziggy" Heckman and paul gunn met Chris Ross Leong on the set of an action/adventure film. They bonded and found they had many similarities. Between the three of them, they amassed a total of over 100 years of real-world, professional film making experience, from concept to distribution. Upon the unforeseen January 2025 passing of Ziggy, EFF mourned, but in the ever prominent message that echoes though time in our art and what Ziggy would have said, "The Show MUST Go On!". EP!C Film Foundry proudly welcomes the fireball of energy and willpower, miss Faith Barrett to the TR!BE. She is welcomed and brings with her a rarely matched energy, drive and ambition second only to but, poetically, divinely, most likely a worthy scion sent by Ziggy post mortem.
The EP!C co-founders worked as a cohesive synergistic unit that exponentially complimented each other. They had been the "hired guns" of many past independent film projects, having put in their time, agreed to take utilize their perfect storm of talent and experience to create the EP!C Film Foundry TR!BE.
Especially because now, more than ever before, there are so many sources and selections of entertainment available. If it is not something that truly engages and captivates the audience, the viewers can easily select something else in an instance with a whole multitude of other films available at their fingertips.
